How does the service work?
It is seamless! Just like our courses and platform, we are
white labelled (i.e. we use your school branded email such as admissions@yourschoolname.com).
We have one of our virtual assistants monitor emails and respond to inquiries
within 1 business day and process requests.
What services do we cover?
We cover the following services:
- Generation of student report cards (mid-term and final)
- Compiling student records on Student Management System
- Onboarding and setting up students on student management system
- Answering emails from students and parents (we have you fill out a general Q&A to assist our team in answering questions)
What if there is an issue / complaint that cannot be solved by our team?
We will discuss with you who the appropriate contact would be for issues that cannot be resolved by the team.
